Poor Management - Anonymous employee Ten-X Employee Review

My final position was in a very poorly managed department with an entirely female chain of command and team. As a man, it felt that I was never accepted as part of the team, and always treated as some outsider, even though it was my supervisor and her boss that interviewed and hired me for the position.
