      Prestige of working at a disruptive platform, strong brand recognization and reputation among the CRE industry, decent pay, generous severance package

      Cons

      Awful, incompetent leadership (CEO especially), few advancement opportunities, poor, disjointed, constantly shifting business model/strategy that was more reminiscent of a start-up than an established company.

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
