      You’ll never be sure if you have a job tomorrow. There is a lot of turnover, and you just never know. Hard to perform effectively with that in kind.

      Pros

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
