      The company pays well and does a good job of promoting from within.

      Constant change causes some tension in the organization. Getting sales is largely based on market factors outside of your control.

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
