      The office has a ton of amenities food, pool, bar, gym.

      Cons

      The micromanagement is next level. Your commission depends on a ton of factors you cannot control. The buyer pool is rather limited and only a handful of people make good money.

      Pros

      Great people to work with on the floor and good benefits while available.

      Cons

      This is a house built on quicksand. Turnover incredibly high, management dysfunctional as can be and a culture that is the most toxic you'll find in corporate real estate.
