      One pro is the pay is decent

      Cons

      -There is definitely favoritism shown by upper management -Lack of job security -A lot of people able to make changes are stuck in the "It's always been done this way mindset" -Focus factory leaders' main goals are hitting daily numbers which is pushed down onto group leaders who then makes productivity the #1 goal. -Company goals and morals don't align with managements actions -Departments point the blame on other departments instead of working together to find solutions -Lack of resources -Lots of old equipment on its last leg

      Good pay , good benefits

      Cons

      Hardly any days off , very bad management, the Seward, Nebraska location is very dirty , the general manager position has had multiple people come through that location, HR is very un fair and has better opportunities for certain people that are in their pockets? They constantly are having group leaders change areas and switching out the positions to different people who have no clue what they are doing ? The group leaders punish the good people and reward their friends, this location has no desire to succeed or grow or listen to the employees who do all the dirty work
