Pros
They are offering a $2000 retention bonus and have good benefits. They also give you time off from the beginning. Depending on when you start it will be prorated. They even try to give some incentives with perfect attendance bonus and production bonus. Which is usually a $1 or more depending on how bad they are needing the employees to work.
Cons
Does not promote management from within. Certain managers have to have it their way and will not allow an employee to move out of a certain position.
