Pros
Not much feedback to be given. You need to be aware that this is a huge company, with 80.000 headcount (incl. contractors) when I was working. I worked for the Shared Service Center (SSC) of Bucharest. Since this is such a big company, you don`t get to have interactions outside your influence area. My experience was okay, I was lucky to have a good manager and team. It was not stressful - at least not for me and in my field of HR data analytics. They did pay a lot of attention to diversity & inclusion, which was nice.
Cons
The salary was very small compared to other similar roles on the market. I personally left Tenneco since I was offered a 100% salary increase. Since the industry Tenneco is in, most Romanian roles under HR directors and Plant Managers are pretty low paid. The salary increase are also small (3%-5% to a 5000 RON NETT monthly salary is not very much)
