Pros
Great people. Get to work in a cutting edge industry. While we are going through difficult times presently as we structure to meet the demands of the industry, you can see we're headed in the right direction. Not afraid to invest in the business (this is a 180 degree change from 18 months ago).
Cons
Change is always hard and there's plenty of it these days. Have seen a lot of very tenured people either leave on their own or be pushed out to make room for the new profile we need. Disturbing on the surface, but understand the vision we're headed to. Doesn't make it any easier to see good people leave.
