Pros
The people (non-management) try to support each other, but it's an extremely stressful environment.
Cons
Management is rewarded for working teams to the brink but rarely rewards them. Absolutely no upward mobility. Frivolous spending and ongoing layoffs to pay for that and incredibly poor decision-making by the C-Suite. Paranoia everywhere. Used to be a great place to work and thrive, but now everyone's just waiting for the inevitable sale (and more layoffs).
