Pros
Was a great company to work for with still a best in class DW solution.
Cons
Leadership a bunch of old hardware sales guys that have missed the trends time and time again, constantly playing catch up when in effect that game is over (Big Data, SaaS, etc.), Surprised Wall Street hasn't pushed harder to get the old regime ousted long ago.
