Pros
They are good. Recognize individual's efforts. Management is supportive and fair. Work is balanced. Reasonably challenging work environment. If you are working on teradata technologies then you will learn good stuff.
Cons
The only issue i see is the IT budget. I think the higher management is in cost cutting mode, so there will be no onsite trips, no great increments. I think its true with many companies now a days.
