Work life balance, good technical colleagues and employee friendly policies, pays well too !
Cons
Layoffs has now become a trend and that too without any reason created a big dent on the image. No clear vision and failure to achieve whatever is envisioned makes the efforts on ground futile. EMs are no good as well, mostly technical lacks leadership qualities.
