      Pros

      Good, smart people. Decent (but shrinking) benefits. Challenging, interesting work. Free parking.

      Cons

      Everything is geared toward outsourcing. Highly non-agile development system, as a result. Trying to play catch-up to modern software system, but in the meantime lots of obsolete code is complicating development and holding the product back.

      Great place to work. The industry is exciting and the people are all very smart and driven.

      Sometimes not willing to spend money to upgrade tools.
