Pros
- decent benefit package - most good people (employees not managers) to work with
Cons
- the management team does not care about the employees. They set aggressive growth target without building the adequate resource to support it. The employees keep getting more and more piled on their plates to the level of burnouts - the management team has little interest in soliciting or receiving constructive feedback. They are very good at saying the right things such as respect, transparency, equality, etc. while practicing very few of them - the company does not understand nor value talent retention. In one part of the company, there has been severe talent loss due to the toxic environment, which makes it even more stressful for the remaining employees - this is a place that awards mediocrity.
