Pros
- Some people there are good and kind - New CIO is great and has been trying very hard. I hope she makes a difference one day - A bit of stability since they have exclusive long term contracts with the government, but without exclusivity, honest competition crush Teranet
Cons
- Management is utterly incapable, self serving, and severely inexperienced - Toxic work environment. Bullying, belittling talent, incredible lack of teamwork, mismanagement, blaming each other ...etc. - Senior management don't seem to care, closed doors/curtains policy, massive egos and it is an emotional burden to discuss any issue with them - No future career if you plan to stay there, they would rather redo each other's work than learn from each other and grow as a team - Communication is a huge issue, no well defined responsibilities - Zero collaboration - People are promoted based on who gets along with whom. Skills and talent mean nothing - They think they are enterprise and yet most people don't understand nor implement enterprise practices and concepts - I honestly wouldn't advice anyone i care about to work here :(
