Pros
Location, Benefits, Most of the within each team.
Cons
Almost every area is a silo. Almost every large project is run by consultants. Training is stripped away and never deferred even when the Director says your training would be. Because of the economy and how lenders are getting around the Teranet Business model, it is not a great time to be at Teranet. People have been let go so that the upper management get bonuses. People have been fired from Manager jobs (that got bonues) and replaced with staff as a supervisor role. Other than the name change. these new roles are paid less and don't get bonuses. Upper management thinks everyone is a number and do a terrible job integrating companies that they buy. Documentation in different areas including HR is almost non-existent. If you do work at Teranet DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Even if you have things documented, it doesn't go a long way. I am looking for new work options.
