Good location, some of the architects and team leads are very knowledgeable

Cons

Management doesn't care, nobody listens to initiatives. Very low efficiency and very little is being done.

Large office with lots of variety and people are friendly

Cons

HR is a weird place and there seems to a lot of people that have been there a long time leading to stale ways of doing things.
