Pros

Fun events, diversity of work, great environment to learn for recent grads. Lots of friendly people that help you along your learning path.

Cons

Low pay for what is expected of you. Chances of career advancement limited. Work/life balance is not good. Company spends on external vendor contractors to do upgrades instead of investing in their FT employees.

HR is a weird place and there seems to a lot of people that have been there a long time leading to stale ways of doing things.
