Pros

Salary and compensation are very good. Highly skilled and knowledgeable group of people to work with. Company strategy and mission I believe will lead the company to new heights of success.

Cons

Recent ownership change resulted in corporate restructuring that resulted in the loss of some highly skilled staff. While there are benefits in injecting fresh blood it is sometimes possible to go overboard thus losing some key talent.

HR is a weird place and there seems to a lot of people that have been there a long time leading to stale ways of doing things.
