Pros
Management is generally very approachable and happy to hear you out if you have something to add. Company is small enough that you're not just a number.
Cons
Younger employees get lower starting salaries as they don't have much experience, but then sometimes get kept lower because of the starting point. If you want to stay there long-term you won't be at the industry pay level.
