Stock prices will come and go, CULTURE is what continues to build a company and a lack of a defined positive CULTURE is now the norm. The CULTURE of Terminix is a one that has been hijacked by the top leaders (President Terminx/ CEO SVM) and thier H.R. sidekicks. Honesty and professionalism are missing within all of them. Our field leaders constantly talk about how they are just getting a paycheck until something else comes along. Nobody has a passion any longer. SAD, truly SAD.
