They do and say whatever they want to you.if you have an issue the hr department will not help you. They do not want to give you your training credits or and work verification letters. You cant get in touch with the hr to get employment history or anything like that. They will not help you to educate if advance yourself. They personalise issues they are so unprofessional. They abuse their employees. And if you leave they will not give you and help like work verification letters or reference letters. They do not like to give pay raise.
