Pros
Good team atmosphere in the branch. Brand is well recognized

Pay changes at least yearly. Now we are told commissions will be taxed differently and HR blames the IRS. I reviewed the link the company gave us to communicate the IRS rule and found that it has been in effect since 2008...... I guess our HR leadership do not realize the law changed 8 years ago. Now we will have another turnover high turnover event and will have to hire new technicians to deliver service to the customers. When you factor in a sales pay plan change this year that has increased turnover in our sales departments companywide you would think someone would get a clue and get rid of the HR leadership of this company.
