      Terminix benefits are superior. Salary is competitive. They have a lot of work. No fear of being busy.

      Cons

      Cancelations affect pay way too much. 3% loss of business accounts can cost 30% of your income.

      Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

      Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
