Cons
Where do I start? From the first day it was obvious that the training program was inadequate, involved technology that was no longer used and very chaotic! During the interview process I was told that leads would be provided and the need for cold calling was minimal. That was an outright lie. You are expected to cold call during your off time. Saturdays went from optional to mandatory on the first weekend. The salary is inadequate and equates to minimum wage. Management did not care to take care of customer service issues in a timely manner. Once the customer paid, management forgot about the customer and moved on to the next sale. This endeavor was a complete waste of my time and will not go on my resume.
