Highly depends on the branch, my branch was GOD AWFUL 70+ hours a week, they didn't care at all about me I was just a number (their words not mine). Example: My best friend of 20 years got into a really bad auto accident, they told me I had to show up or I was fired. WTF? So I showed up expressed my concern to my branch manager, "he said sorry that's just how it goes". Horrible, Horrible, Horrible..
