Pros
Company car, Gas Card, IPad, company phone, people that work at the branch are nice and hard workers, freedom, flexibility, the job is great and fun.
Cons
The pay structure is the worst pay scale I have ever been associated with in a sales position. There are a lot of false promises, medical coverage is terrible, lots of cold-calling, technology issues.
