Company is run by people who have no idea what the actual work entails. Unnecessary changes constantly being made that only affect techs negatively. Employees opinions do not matter one bit. When I first started I had a few people ask if I got the job to keep it, or if I was using Terminix to get my licenses just to move on to a different company. Now I know why.
