Pros
Hours are usually very flexible. Easy to get position. If you get an interview, you will be hired. Benefits are decent.
Cons
Have to use your own vehicle for all sales calls. Gas reimbursement is minimal. Sometimes can be in the car for half a day of commuting to appointments. You have six paid holidays the entire year. You have to work every other weekend and sometimes more, depending on performance. Cutthroat environment. Senior guys are out there to take you down.
