The office is really depressing! You need to make cold calls till 7pm at least twice a week and of course only 2 people are exempt from that because they get leads from management.. do yourself a favor and look up your closing percentage vs. the “top performer”.. you will see that you close maybe bigger percentage of your customers but he makes money because he has got lots of leads wasting them left and right!
