Pros
large well organized company with a good system and a well recognized name branding amongst the industry, but suffering from obsolescence.
Cons
Poor management does not implement systems according to design, Technology is DOS based ox cart stuff from the dark ages and there's a great inequity amongst the staff to protect territory and accounts which they inherit from disgruntled employees who leave or are forced out. Successful ones there seem unhappy and are being pushed out or have quit to work for themselves or other companies and are being replaced by new lowered paid employees expected to fill their vacancy. However the new ones are not given any of their accounts left behind. These accounts are unfairly distributed amongst several favs, whose salesmanship skills are predicated on maintaining repeat business and a " Take the Order" mentality to keep things going. Their is a false light of unsustainable numbers, unrealistic goals set by managers weed out anyone who doesn't play along turning a blind eye to management's dealing of dirty seconds to his favs and dealing crap off the bottom of the deck to any real players trying to succeed. Little if no new business is being written and if so only because special pricing concessions are being giving to the fav's so they can undersell others that are held to higher standard of having to sell the same product at unreasonable higher pricing at non competitive levels to maintain managements churn and burn advocacy.
