Pros

if you got the calls with the right customers who want to solve their problem and were ready to pay you could make decent money.

Cons

you are expected to run min 5 calls per day, then seek to find prospects to fill your schedule, the calls that get put on your schedule by the call center usually just want a free inspection. Management kept changing the incentive matrix. whatever service was in demand the incentive was low while whatever was not in demand the incentive was higher.

Pros

Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

Cons

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
