Constant revolving door with the C-Suite. That mean constant path changes, not enough resources to do the job. Then we get yelled at for not doing the job on time. Half way through a project, it's toss aside and the newer and greater project is started. Anyone remember Project Genesis? How many millions of dollars wasted, then poof it's gone. Mission is so old and needs to be replaced, but the business screams every time IT talks about updating it. It's over 20 years old!
