Specialist workload - including large portfolio for invoicing customers in no standard billing format but according to customers' preferences - doubled with added responsibility of collections - including monthly meetings with customers - paid on a CLERICAL payrate. Management does not respect employee workloads and attempts to belittle/shame employees who experience burnout. Management misleads stellar employees with implications of promotion as a ploy to encourage the employees to take on more workload by assisting on troubled accounts. Accomplishments with accounts are not acknowledged or rewarded. No bonuses, not even holiday bonuses. No commission. Annual pay increases are insulting (1-2%). Opportunities for OT are restricted to special projects at management's approval, not for employee's own portfolio. Company rarely hires directly, only via staffing agencies for temporary employees (who usually become permanent after 6 months to 1 year).
