Average pay, sometimes flexible with your schedule, typically a friendly environment, there's just very little praise you can give to company so tangled up in corporate ties.
Cons
Wages rarely increase, the harder you work, the more they take advantage, and when you speak up, your appreciated and valued less. They like to push numbers but set you up for failure, and when you give input, your opinion isn't heard. The management used to be best part, and now it's lacking, so really all that's left is an average job, for average pay. Pest control companies love to preach about competitiveness, and career opportunities, there's really not. They barely compete with fast food restaurants, and the step up is over worked middle management, that makes a little more than you.
