Pros

not many pros other than gives you a vehicle, need to spend more budget on advertising than call center cold calling existing customers to waste time tring to get most sales from tricking customers

Cons

i came from another pest company who understand that you cant tell someone you are coming to do what they think is a renewl inspection and then try to switch them to a sale .. franchise environment was the problem, very hard to sale when you have to cnstantly check in with your managr, regional mangrs and call center on every sale . way to many forms to sale simple accounts. very pour leads on existing customers who have been beaten to death with the same proposals, way to many late appointments with people who dont know you are there as a saleman they are told you are there to do free inspection. had to be there at 7.30 meetings and nightly meetings, never made it home before 8 or 9 call center used trickery to get a salesman infront of customers did alot of inspections for people who had no intention to buy. and have been lied to about inspection too many cons to list .forced to work long hrs ad if not meting quota you have to work 6 /// 12 hr doh

Pros

Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

Cons

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
