Pros
I worked for Terminix 15 years, this is a company that is performance based as it should be. I was promoted 4 times and I must say the company recognizes performance and rewards it appropriately. Start at entry level and learn everything and be a value to the company and you will be rewarded with internal opportunities.
Cons
The workload on the team can be quite a lot. The priorities are always changing, everything is important and then there is always a new task that is important added on your daily workload. BUT, if you can organize your day then you can get it done. Work life balance is a challenge, there is no room for family time, because you will not be able to turn Terminix off in your mind. There is always something that needs to be done and barely enough time to get it done. The company is going through a merger right now, and there will be some changes to the leadership organization.
