      Very Strange/Unprofessional Experience - Sales Representative Terminix Employee Review

      Pros

      If you can live off $50k, then great, give it a shot.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Everything is in complete disarray. Nothing is consistent (training, pricing, quotas, how to complete jobs for customers). Not to mention, you will have revolving door of leadership, sales, and technicians. I would advise you to stay far away.

      Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

      Cons

      Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
