I couldn't get out soon enough - Business Analyst Terminix Employee Review

I started as a data analytics intern doing a linear regression prediction model for their claim reports. I had a semester of college left, and I supposedly had a shot at getting hired full-time once I graduated. However, when I graduated, they said that they were no longer hiring new people. I had a bachelor's degree in statistics from a great university, and I was doing high-level work for $15/hr. Not to mention the higher-ups in the company hardly even batted an eye at the information I provided them with. They knew they needed a business/data analyst, but they had no idea how to use me.
