Pros

You get to work from home and can sign up for health insurance and you can ask for days off.

Cons

The customers are other people who work for the company and they are so entitled and rude and demanding. They don't listen when you tell them the steps to follow and then get mad when things don't work...but they didn't listen to your instructions. They called you and yet they aren't listening. The amount of stress that this job causes is not worth the pay. The pros do not out weight the stress of the cons. Oh and going through two big company mergers and technology changes within one year and the raise was 74 cents? No, thank you. I'm done.

Pros

Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

Cons

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
