      Weekends off, company provides equipment.

      Cons

      Low pay, very poor and extremely unprofessional local management, commission structure is misleading and barely pays, overworked employees, unsafe conditions with lack of proper training, regularly breaks state and federal law with application of pesticides and common practices they employ.

      Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

      Cons

      Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
