      Pros

      it's possible to make decent pay if you inherit a terrible branch, but expect to have to beat those numbers by about 18% the next year.

      Cons

      the company preaches quality and customer service but manages based purely on ridiculously high YoY profit increases every year. it's impossibly unsustainable, and anyone who has a good year gets slammed the next year.

      Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

      Cons

      Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
