Pros

Good training, nice leadership, positive management

Cons

A bunch of missed service calls from customers about a tech not showing up, rescheduling, them being charged for services that didn’t happen, or trying to cancel. So you have to overcome that, reschedule service visits then somehow try to sell to that person lol. It can be done I’ve done it well but it gets exhausting after a while. Outside of that it’s trying to sell to people calling into to make payments.

Good job enjoyed working with the branch, the sales team and the technicians

Cons

Once bought by rent a kill it became a very hard company to work for
