Pros
Owners are flexible and open to advice/communication and will also work with you to achieve a work/life balance. I believe they recognize hard work and truly care about their company and their employees.
Cons
With quick growth comes growing pains, but the opportunities that come with such growth are a greater positive. Also, because employees are located in different offices, there can be miscommunication, but as processes are becoming automated, this issue is being resolved.
