Pros
Understanding Management team, growing company, collaborative environment, hard work is rewarded, loyal coworkers, small company where you can make a more immediate impact, average is not accepted here
Cons
Small company while a pro because you can have a greater impact working in this environment it also is a con because you have to be wise and frugal with your resources. Different departments spread throughout country can cause communication to be muddled but has moved in a positive direction the 3 plus years I've been employed here with biggest improvements coming the last 6 months
