There's no sense of teamwork here, only a sense of self. Most of the employees are always me, me, and I, I, I. These people are selfish, doesn't share their ideas, and does things only for their own good and benefit. They want all the praises and rewards to themselves. There's always miscommunication due to the lack of coordination between departments even within a team. There's isn't anything to look forward to working here since you won't be able to make friends with anyone. Just get to the office and work. That's it.
