Pros
Relaxed enviroment, Alexa playing the hits in the background, a great product to represent, a living wage with benefits, holiday, vacation and sick pay. An easy job if you come in focused and stick to the script.
Cons
Like all telemarketing gigs it can be a grind and get boring if you aren't focused and don't do the basics. Being early is a must (not necessarily a con - but it is a problem for some people I've noticed).
