Avoid Like The Plague - Anonymous employee Terraboost Media Employee Review

The worst place I have ever worked, hands down. This is a real employee review, not an angry customer. Not to say that most of the angry customers do not have a right to feel disappointed.. they are locked into contracts with falsely high expectations. A favorite way to get rid of negative publicity at Terraboost is to make promises that won’t be fulfilled in exchange for positive reviews online. Employees are not a valued commodity for the mess that is upper “management” - a true joke. Nothing being managed here. Poor organization, unimpressive pay, minimal and costly benefits, no training. Constant turnover of employees in all areas and positions. Embarrassingly blatant violations of labor laws... and more. If you want to feel beyond unappreciated for the work you do, and you don’t mind having no sense of job security whatsoever, this is the place for you.
