Cons
Workplace culture is toxic and depressing. Management will make fun of you, talk behind your back and plan to fire you. The humiliation, the set-up, the bully and oppression is insane. There is no organization, no professionalism, no workplace security, poor pay for the responsibilities that employees are given. If you can ignore the toxic environment you can do it, if not if will affect you.
